Key Amendments in the 47th BCS Circular
Post Name Changes: The designation of Assistant Director/Agricultural Marketing Officer under the BCS Agriculture Cadre has been expanded to Assistant Director/Agricultural Marketing Officer/Upazila Agricultural Marketing Officer.
Post Codes and Categories: Codes for several posts in the Professional/Technical Cadre, as well as for some Lecturer posts in the Education Cadre, have been revised. These updated codes are available on the PSC’s official website bpsc.gov.bd.
Application Process: The application period for the 47th BCS started from 10 am on December 29, 2024.
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of 200 Taka via Teletalk. Ethnic minority, disabled, and third-gender candidates need to pay a reduced examination fee of 50 Taka.
Important Caution: If candidates mistakenly pay only 50 Taka but do not fall under the minority/disabled/third-gender categories, their applications will be rejected. It’s crucial to ensure correct fee payment to avoid disqualification.
