Eligibility & Skills Required

To be eligible, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Technical proficiency in tools and technologies relevant to modern journalism.
• A mindset to learn quickly, take on multifaceted roles, and grow professionally.
• Strong writing skills in both Bengali and English.
• No prior work experience required.

Compensation
